CONTEST RULES

1. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the contest. Void where prohibited.
2. Grand Prize winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on specified date. Contest will run from September 1 until July 4, 2012. Drawing will be held within 5 business days of the contest closing date.
3. Winner will be notified by email, postal mail or telephone that they have won. Prize will be shipped to winner's desired location.
4. Riemenschneider Agency cannot be held liable or responsible for any telephone, email or internet failures, malfunctions or irregularities during the context nor can Riemenschneider Agency be held liable or responsible for any discrepancies by the U.S. postal service or any delivery service courier or other entity involved in delivering prizes, entries or contest information to or from our office. Riemenschneider Agency is not responsible for technical, hardward or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit the ability to participate in the contest Riemenschneider Agency reserves the right to cancel or suspend this contest should a problem beyond Riemenschneider Agency control disrupt the internet portion of the contest. In such an event, Riemenschneider Agency may choose only entries received by alternate means. Riemenschneider Agency cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.
5. To be eligible to participate in this contest, contestants must be 18 years and older.
6. In claiming their prize, the winner acknowledges that the Riemenschneider Agency and the sponsor(s) have the right to, without further authorization, publicize their name, character likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that they are the Grand Prize winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
7. Riemenschneider Agency reserves the right to make rules and contest changes without notice at the time. Riemenschneider Agency also reserves the right to change the aforementioned contest dates without notice.
8. The decision of the Riemenschneider Agency management in the interpretation of these rules is final.
9. If the winner is found in violation of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize. Riemenschneider Agency may disqualify a contestant immediately upon learning the contestant has given any false information.
10. Riemenschneider Agency and their representatives, agencies and employees are not responsible for bodily harm to winner and not responsible for any liability arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
11. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries.
